All Members/Customers have the ability to choose the deals they desire and choose who they conduct business with at all times. In the event, Let’s Close The Deal as a company intends to assume any additional interest and or liability in any business deals or business transactions conducted through our platform with or in direct association with any members/customers, a completely separate and stand alone contract agreement must be created every time and signed by all involved parties to validate and make effective any business deals outside of our website.
Here at Let’s Close The Deal, we do not hold any ownership percentage or rights to the members, brands, companies or deals that are submitted or sourced through our website. LCTD is solely a platform for our members to network, market and advertise while finding and submitting deals or finding the right buyers, investors and partners for deals. Each member/customer retains full and complete ownership of their likeness, brand, company and or deals. Furthermore, No member/customer has any ownership percentage or rights in the Let’s Close The Deal company, or subsidiaries of Let’s Close The Deal. If Let’s Close The Deal, intends to do any exclusive business with any member/customer, a completely separate contract agreement will and must be created and signed by all parties every time to validate any external business transaction outside of our online platform.
